Welcome to Wanderprint. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at thewanderprint.com (the “Site”) and any related design tools, services, and products offered by Wanderprint (“Wanderprint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the Site, creating an account, designing a poster, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian) to place an order.

2. Description of the service

Wanderprint lets you design a personalized travel-map keepsake poster by entering trip details, arranging stops, and uploading your own photos. When you place an order, we produce a physical print of your design and arrange for it to be shipped to you. Prints are custom made to order based on the design you submit at checkout.

3. Intellectual property and your content

You retain all ownership of the photos, text, and other content you upload or create (“Your Content”). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

By uploading or submitting Your Content, you grant Wanderprint and our fulfillment partners a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and print Your Content solely for the purpose of producing, fulfilling, and delivering your order and providing the service to you. This license ends when Your Content is no longer needed to provide the service, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and reproduce Your Content, and that Your Content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for Your Content.

The Site itself, including its design, layout, map templates, graphics, logos, and the “Wanderprint” name and branding, is owned by Wanderprint or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Site to design and order products for your own personal use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site or our services to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or that you do not have the right to use;
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, or the rights of others;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users’ accounts; or
• Use the service to produce material that promotes hate, harassment, or illegal activity.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to remove content, that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices, product options, and shipping costs are shown at checkout and may change over time. When you place an order, you authorize the charge for the total amount shown, including any applicable taxes and shipping. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Wanderprint does not receive or store your full card details.

Because each print is custom made to order, please review your design carefully before submitting it. Our Refund & Shipping Policy explains production times, shipping estimates, and how we handle damaged or defective items.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wanderprint disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Colors, sizing, and finishes of physical prints may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wanderprint and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
